Over the past year, we have made steady progress across our key projects. At Montebello Smart City, the opening of our retail mall marks an important step in bringing the precinct to life. At the same time, construction of Les Rives de Saint Louis (66 apartments) commenced in February and is progressing well.

In Ebène, our business precinct continues to evolve with the development of 2 Exchange Square, scheduled for delivery in Q3 2026. The project has already achieved LEED Silver precertification and is targeting WELL certification, reflecting our commitment to building responsibly and with sustainability in mind.

At Grand Baie La Croisette, Phase 2 of the Fashion Gallery is underway, with office spaces being developed on the upper levels.
